metatheatre: what is that, in his hand? i’m almost certain he’s holding something. it seems too small to be his phone. am i crazy? This ties in with the theory that the ‘out of character’ thing Sherlock did was ask Moriarty to explain - usually Sherlock would want to work it out. Why would he ask? To record Moriarty confessing.  He had his arms behind his back a lot, and I couldn’t work out why. I’d been looking out for some sort of device like this but didn’t see it (I don’t know how, it looks pretty obvious from here!) OR the ball that stops his pulse :3
